How do I make a reservation?
Click on “Real-time reservations” on the main website or call us at 1544-7797 and connect to line 2 to make a reservation over the phone.
How ae the room rates charged?
Room rates vary depending on the date you want to stay, and you can check the amount after you specify a date through real-time room reservation.
Why are the room rates different those available on other websites (ETAs, We Make Price)?
Rates differ by each vendor and please feel free to compare the prices available before making a reservation via channel of your preference.
Please note that any changes or cancellations can be made through the channel used to book your travel. Cancellation or refund policies may vary by channel.
When can I make an inquiry?
Any inquiries regarding reservation can be made via over-the-phone communication during weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. Front desk is available 24 hours to answer all other inquiries.
How do I report a lost item?
Please report your lost item to the front desk (call 1544-7797, line 1). All found items are kept up to 6 months after check-out and will be disposed according to resort policy after this period.
Are minors prohibited onsite?
In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors under the age of 19 are not permitted to be in rooms without the accompaniment of a guardian. Staying altogether is prohibited regardless of guardian consent. If a minor requires accommodation, please complete and submit the "accommodation agreement for minors" below with supplement documents provided.
Are pets allowed?
Our resort does not offer any pet-friendly rooms as of current.
How much is charged for additional people?
No extra fee is charged for additional person. KRW 22,000 (VAT-inclusive) will be charged for each additional bed in room.
How many additional people are allowed per room?
No more than the designated maximum occupancy is allowed per room.
Which room type should five adults stay in?
All five guests may stay together in the Deluxe Ondol room (5-person maximum), or our Suites (6-person maximum), or divide up into at least two rooms.
Is there a discount for consecutive booking?
We currently do not offer a promotion for consecutive reservations.
How can I cancel or modify my booking for free?
We offer free cancellation until 18:00 3 days prior to arrival and check-in. 30%, 70%, 100% fee is charged to cancellation 2 days, 1 day prior to arrival and same day of check-in, respectively.
Can I extend my stay?
You may book additional nights according to availability of rooms.
